Unions require employees to pay dues as a condition of membership. That’s money that comes out of your pocket and goes into theirs. That money does not come back to Mud Bay.

As we get closer to the UFCW 3000 election, we want to share some of the great questions Muddies have asked us and our answers to those questions.

Union dues are the monthly payments Muddies would be required to pay for union representation. UFCW 3000 sets the amount due based on salary percentages, and those payments come directly out of your paycheck.
